How can I purchase tickets for the Natural Fibre Connect conference?

To purchase tickets, please  navigate to the “Tickets” section. Select the desired ticket type, quantity, and proceed to the checkout page. Follow the instructions to complete your purchase securely.

What payment methods are accepted?

Our payment gateway Stripe accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express and UnionPay.

If you are unable to make payment using a credit card, please contact us at admin@naturalfibreconnect.com to discuss alternative payment options. For more information on the available payment methods, kindly refer to the checkout page on our website.

Can I make changes to my ticket order?

We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing the purchase. If you wish to add additional tickets, please start a new ticket order. If you need to cancel tickets, please send us an email at admin@naturalfibreconnect.com.

Are tickets refundable?

Refunds for Natural Fibre Connect conference tickets are available in accordance with our cancellation policy. If a cancellation is made up to 7 working days prior to the event start date (25 September 2023), you may be eligible for a refund, subject to any applicable administrative fees. Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, ticket transfers are allowed. If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please contact us at admin@naturalfibreconnect.com with the original ticket details and the name and contact information of the new attendee.

Will I receive a physical ticket?

No, the Natural Fibre Connect conference only sends digital tickets. Once you have successfully made your online purchase, a confirmation email containing your e-ticket(s) will be sent to you. Please print or save the e-ticket(s) and present them for check-in at the event registration desk.

Can I request a press pass or media accreditation?

Yes, we welcome media representatives and journalists to cover the Natural Fibre Connect conference. Please contact us at admin@naturalfibreconnect.com to discuss your individual press package.

Are meals or refreshments included in the ticket price?

The ticket price covers access to the conference sessions, panel discussions, workshops, standard meetings exhibitions, and networking events.

For in-person tours and in-person conference days, the meals, refreshments, and additional services (e.g. bus pick-up from hotels) will be included unless otherwise specified. It’s important to note that dinner is not provided on evenings designated as leisure time.

Are travel and accommodation included?

With the exception of the Prato excursion ticket, you are responsible for booking your own travel and accommodation. Please visit our dedicated webpage for more information. 

I can only attend one day of the conference. Can I get a discount?

Unfortunately, we do not offer one-day conference passes due to the complexity of event logistics and ticket management. As the Natural Fibre Connect conference promises to be a remarkable event, we highly recommend participating in both days to make the most of the experience. We look forward to seeing you there.

I need an invoice for my booking, how do I get one?

Every event booking will receive a VAT invoice. Please allow 2 working days for the invoice to arrive and check your spam folder. 

Why does my e-ticket show a price that is not correct?

You may see on your e-ticket, that the price showing on the ticket is not in line with what you paid during checkout. This is a technical bug with the VAT we are currently working on. You will receive a separate invoice with the correct total you paid.
